Muda Chairman Inspects Sites For New Cricket Stadium In Mangaluru

Mangaluru Urban Development Authority (Muda) chairperson Santhosh Kumar Shetty visited several locations in the city to identify a suitable site for a new cricket stadium. The Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) has requested approximately 50 acres of government land for the project, which aims to include practice facilities and other essential amenities. Shetty also inspected sites for lake development works in the Ullal assembly constituency. The proposed stadium is expected to provide greater opportunities for local cricketers and foster growth in sports.

मंगलुरु अर्बन डेवलपमेंट अथॉरिटी (मुडा) के चेयरमैन संतोष कुमार शेट्टी ने शहर में नई क्रिकेट स्टेडियम के लिए उपयुक्त जगह की पहचान करने के लिए कई स्थानों का दौरा किया। कर्नाटक स्टेट क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन (KSCA) ने इस प्रोजेक्ट के लिए लगभग 50 एकड़ सरकारी जमीन मांगी है, जिसका उद्देश्य प्रैक्टिस सुविधाएं और अन्य जरूरी सुविधाएं शामिल करना है। शेट्टी ने उल्लाल विधानसभा क्षेत्र में झील विकास कार्यों के लिए भी जगहों का निरीक्षण किया। प्रस्तावित स्टेडियम से स्थानीय क्रिकेटरों को अधिक अवसर मिलने और खेल में विकास को बढ़ावा मिलने की उम्मीद है।
