SEBI Closes Case Against Religare, Rashmi Saluja

SEBI has closed its case against Religare Enterprises and Rashmi Saluja. SEBI had previously issued an interim order-cum-show cause notice on June 19, 2024, for non-cooperation with the Burman Group's open offer. The regulator decided not to pass further directions as the open offer has since been completed, and the Burman Group has successfully assumed control of REL.

सेबी ने रेलिगेयर एंटरप्राइजेज और रश्मि सलूजा के खिलाफ अपना मामला बंद कर दिया है। सेबी ने पहले 19 जून 2024 को बर्मन ग्रुप के ओपन ऑफर में सहयोग न करने पर एक अंतरिम आदेश-सह-कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया था। अब क्योंकि ओपन ऑफर पूरा हो गया है और बर्मन ग्रुप ने रेलिगेयर का नियंत्रण सफलतापूर्वक हासिल कर लिया है, इसलिए नियामक ने आगे कोई निर्देश जारी न करने का फैसला किया है।
