Ludhiana Food Units Inspected; 80 Kg Frozen Items Destroyed

Ludhiana's food safety team conducted special inspections at two food units on Tuesday, collecting samples and addressing hygiene violations. At Anmol Frozens, deficiencies in cleanliness were noted, leading to an 'unhygienic challan' and the immediate destruction of 80 kg of frozen food items. Balaji Food Products also had samples collected and received an improvement notice to rectify observed deficiencies and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Further action will be taken based on laboratory reports.

लुधियाना की खाद्य सुरक्षा टीम ने मंगलवार को दो फूड यूनिट्स में विशेष निरीक्षण किया, नमूने एकत्र किए और स्वच्छता उल्लंघनों पर ध्यान दिया। अनमोल फ्रोजेंस में सफाई की कमी पाई गई, जिसके कारण 'अस्वच्छता चालान' काटा गया और 80 किलो फ्रोजन खाद्य पदार्थों को तुरंत नष्ट कर दिया गया। बालाजी फूड प्रोडक्ट्स से भी नमूने एकत्र किए गए और पाई गई कमियों को दूर करने तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सुधार नोटिस दिया गया। प्रयोगशाला रिपोर्टों के आधार पर आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
