YouTuber MrBeast, real name Jimmy Donaldson, has defended his $10 million project in Ghana after facing criticism for not investing the funds in his hometown of Greenville, North Carolina. The Abna Dakwa Village aims to provide education, healthcare, clean water, and economic opportunities to cocoa-growing communities affected by child labour. Donaldson stated his nonprofit, Beast Philanthropy, has already delivered over 48 million meals in America, many locally.
