A distressing incident occurred at the Guna District Hospital in Madhya Pradesh where a woman, Krishnabai, had to carry her disabled brother, Jagdish, on her back to the ward. Krishnabai alleged that despite waiting for a long time, no stretcher was provided by hospital staff. She claims that hospital management denied her request for assistance. However, the hospital's acting Civil Surgeon, Dr. Rajkumar Rishishwar, stated that sufficient stretchers and staff are available. He suggested that attendants sometimes carry patients themselves in haste.

मध्य प्रदेश के गुना जिला अस्पताल में एक परेशान करने वाली घटना हुई, जहाँ एक महिला, कृष्णबाई को अपने दिव्यांग भाई जगदीश को अपनी पीठ पर लादकर वार्ड तक ले जाना पड़ा। कृष्णबाई ने आरोप लगाया कि काफी देर इंतजार करने के बावजूद अस्पताल के कर्मचारियों ने कोई स्ट्रेचर उपलब्ध नहीं कराया। उनका दावा है कि अस्पताल प्रबंधन ने मदद के उनके अनुरोध को ठुकरा दिया। हालांकि, अस्पताल के कार्यवाहक सिविल सर्जन, डॉ. राजकुमार ऋषिेश्वर ने कहा कि पर्याप्त स्ट्रेचर और कर्मचारी मौजूद हैं। उन्होंने सुझाव दिया कि कभी-कभी परिजन जल्दबाजी में मरीजों को खुद ही ले जाते हैं।
