36 Farmers Reclaim 500 Bighas of Land Fraudulently Acquired

Thirty-six farmers in Rajkot have regained ownership of approximately 500 bighas of land, valued at Rs 100 crore, which was allegedly acquired through a fraudulent money-lending scheme. Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi handed over the land documents to the farmers. The racket, led by Alpesh Donga and associates, reportedly lured farmers with loans, took land documents as security, and then transferred ownership. Police investigations facilitated the reversal of these fraudulent transfers, allowing the farmers to reclaim their property after a lengthy struggle.

राजकोट में 36 किसानों ने लगभग 500 बीघा जमीन, जिसकी कीमत 100 करोड़ रुपये है, पर अपना मालिकाना हक वापस पा लिया है। यह जमीन कथित तौर पर एक धोखाधड़ी वाले धन-उधार योजना के माध्यम से अधिग्रहित की गई थी। उपमुख्यमंत्री हर्ष संघवी ने किसानों को जमीन के दस्तावेज सौंपे। अल्पेश डोंगा और सहयोगियों के नेतृत्व वाले रैकेट ने कथित तौर पर किसानों को ऋण का लालच दिया, सुरक्षा के तौर पर जमीन के दस्तावेज लिए, और फिर स्वामित्व हस्तांतरित कर दिया। पुलिस की जांच ने इन धोखाधड़ी वाले हस्तांतरणों को उलटने में मदद की, जिससे किसानों को लंबी लड़ाई के बाद अपनी संपत्ति वापस मिल सकी।
