Thomas Cook (India) Limited anticipates completing the demerger of its subsidiary, Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, by July 2027. The transaction has secured approvals from SEBI, NSE, and BSE, and is now proceeding through the National Company Law Tribunal. Despite a challenging operating environment, including rising airfares, the company's profits remained stable, supported by its India travel and foreign exchange segments. Thomas Cook plans to expand its distribution network into tier-2 and tier-3 cities and continue investing in technology.
