Anarock Property Consultants Files Draft Papers for ₹1,000 Crore IPO

Real estate consultancy firm Anarock Property Consultants Ltd has filed draft papers with Sebi for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) aiming to raise ₹1,000 crore. The IPO will consist of a fresh issue of ₹550 crore and an Offer For Sale (OFS) of ₹450 crore. Proceeds will fund technology investments, business expansion, and acquisitions, including ₹80 crore for AI augmentation. The company plans to deploy funds for organic and inorganic growth, talent augmentation, and general corporate purposes. Anarock currently employs around 2,300 people across India and the Middle East.
