CJP's Abhijeet Dipke Challenges Govt to Declare Emergency Officially

Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke has challenged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to officially declare an Emergency. This comes after CJP colleagues Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka were sent to five days of judicial custody and lodged in Tihar Jail. Dipke stated that hoisting the national flag has become a violation of law under the current government. He accused the Prime Minister of not respecting the Constitution, the flag, or the people, urging him to impose an official Emergency if he has the courage.

कॉकक्रोच जनता पार्टी के संस्थापक अभिजीत दिपके ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को आधिकारिक तौर पर आपातकाल घोषित करने की चुनौती दी है। यह तब हुआ जब CJP के सहयोगियों सौरभ दास और आशुतोष रंका को पांच दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजा गया और तिहाड़ जेल में रखा गया। दिपके ने कहा कि वर्तमान सरकार के तहत राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराना कानून का उल्लंघन बन गया है। उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री पर संविधान, ध्वज या लोगों का सम्मान नहीं करने का आरोप लगाया और कहा कि अगर उनमें हिम्मत है तो आधिकारिक आपातकाल लगा दें।
