A private double-decker sleeper AC bus carrying around 35 passengers from Noida to Mahoba caught fire on the Yamuna Expressway near Dayanpur village. The blaze tragically killed 9 passengers due to burns and suffocation, while others narrowly escaped. The driver managed to pull the bus over to the side of the road. यमुना एक्सप्रेसवे पर नोएडा से महोबा जा रही एक डबल-डेकर एसी बस में आग लग गई। Dayanpur गांव के पास लगी इस आग में करीब 35 यात्री थे। दुर्भाग्यवश, 9 लोगों की जलने और दम घुटने से मौत हो गई, जबकि बाकी लोग बाल-बाल बच गए। ड्राइवर ने बस को सड़क किनारे रोक लिया था। दमकल और पुलिस ने तुरंत पहुंचकर आग पर काबू पाया और यात्रियों को बचाया। शुरुआती जांच में शॉर्ट सर्किट को आग का कारण बताया जा रहा है।
