IIT Bombay Professor Denies All Allegations After 10-Hour Interrogation in Student's Death Case

Mumbai Crime Branch has recorded the statement of Professor Suryanarayan Dula in connection with the death of IIT Bombay student Sahil Wakode. After an interrogation lasting approximately 8 to 10 hours, Professor Dula denied all allegations against him, stating he acted according to institute rules. He also refuted claims of making casteist remarks. The investigation is ongoing, with the Crime Branch having already recorded statements from around 40 people, including Sahil's parents and IIT staff.

मुंबई क्राइम ब्रांच ने IIT बॉम्बे के छात्र साहिल वाकोडे की मौत के संबंध में प्रोफेसर सूर्यनारायण दुला का बयान दर्ज किया है। लगभग 8 से 10 घंटे तक चली पूछताछ के बाद, प्रोफेसर दुला ने अपने खिलाफ लगे सभी आरोपों से इनकार किया और कहा कि उन्होंने संस्थान के नियमों के अनुसार काम किया। उन्होंने जातिवादी टिप्पणी करने के दावों का भी खंडन किया। जांच जारी है, और क्राइम ब्रांच ने पहले ही साहिल के माता-पिता और IIT कर्मचारियों सहित लगभग 40 लोगों के बयान दर्ज कर लिए हैं।
