CareEdge Ratings Sells 19.8% Stake in Subsidiary to SBI and NSEIX

CareEdge Ratings announced its decision to sell a 19.8% stake in its wholly-owned subsidiary, CareEdge Global IFSC, to State Bank of India and NSE IFSC. The company has signed agreements to sell a 9.9% equity stake to each entity. Following the share transfer, CareEdge Ratings will retain an 80.2% stake in the subsidiary. This transaction is anticipated to be completed within the next two months, marking a significant shift in the ownership structure of CareEdge Global IFSC.
