Gujarat Floodwaters Recede, 35 Rain-Related Deaths Reported

Gujarat has reported 35 deaths due to rain-related incidents as floodwaters begin to recede across the state. The majority of fatalities, 29 in total, occurred in the severely impacted districts of Navsari and Valsad. Most drownings were caused by people being swept away by strong currents.
