US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has reportedly stopped including its printed "Welcome to the United States" guide with new Green Cards. This booklet traditionally informed new immigrants about their rights, responsibilities, and settling in the US. While USCIS has not formally announced the discontinuation, the agency states all information remains available online. The guide is still accessible as a downloadable PDF on the USCIS website, and its removal does not affect.
