Shraddha Dubey's Bail Plea Rejected in Shiva Sharma Death Case

A Lucknow court has rejected the bail applications of model Shraddha Dubey, her sister Rashmi Dubey, and driver Tanveer Ali in connection with the death of businessman Shiva Sharma. The Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court deemed the crime serious, refusing bail and stating that the trial should proceed in the Sessions Court. The three accused are currently in judicial custody for 10 days.

लखनऊ की एक अदालत ने व्यवसायी शिव शर्मा की मौत के मामले में मॉडल श्रद्धा दुबे, उनकी बहन रश्मि दुबे और ड्राइवर तनवीर अली की जमानत अर्जी खारिज कर दी है। मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट की अदालत ने अपराध को गंभीर माना और जमानत देने से इनकार कर दिया। अदालत ने कहा कि मुकदमा सेशन कोर्ट में चलेगा। तीनों आरोपी फिलहाल 10 दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत में हैं।
