Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles and Los Angeles Chargers offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel are under intense pressure as the NFL season progresses. Bowles, despite past playoff success, faces scrutiny over the Buccaneers' inconsistent performance and quarterback Baker Mayfield's injury. Meanwhile, McDaniel, demoted after being fired by the Miami Dolphins, struggles with the winless Chargers offense, which has been hampered by injuries. Both coaches could face mid-season dismissals if their teams do not show significant improvement soon, mirroring recent firings.
