New government rules mandate e-commerce platforms to resolve customer complaints within one month. Additionally, e-sellers must display the original price of goods alongside discounted prices. These amended regulations are set to become operational from January 1, 2027. नई सरकारी नियमों के तहत, ई-कॉमर्स कंपनियों को ग्राहकों की शिकायतें एक महीने के अंदर सुलझानी होंगी। साथ ही, ऑनलाइन सामान बेचने वालों को डिस्काउंट के साथ असली कीमत भी दिखानी होगी। ये नए नियम 1 जनवरी 2027 से लागू होंगे। इसका मकसद ग्राहकों को ऑनलाइन खरीदारी में बेहतर सुरक्षा देना और पारदर्शिता बढ़ाना है, ताकि उन्हें सही दाम मिलें और उनकी शिकायतें जल्दी हल हों।
