Telangana Chief Minister has directed the utilisation of surplus government department lands for the Indiramma housing scheme. He advised against developing colonies in isolated locations. Each 528 sq. ft. flat will cost approximately ₹11 lakh to construct. The government will provide a ₹5 lakh subsidy per unit, with beneficiaries contributing the remaining ₹6 lakh. This initiative aims to provide affordable housing solutions across the state.

तेलंगाना के मुख्यमंत्री ने इंदिराम्मा आवास योजना के लिए सरकारी विभागों की अतिरिक्त ज़मीनों का इस्तेमाल करने का आदेश दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि अलग-थलग जगहों पर कॉलोनियाँ न बनाई जाएँ। हर 528 वर्ग फुट के फ्लैट को बनाने में करीब ₹11 लाख लगेंगे। सरकार ₹5 लाख की सब्सिडी देगी, और बाकी ₹6 लाख लाभार्थी देंगे। इस योजना से पूरे राज्य में सस्ते घर मिलेंगे।
