The Jaipur District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission-II has recalled arrest warrants issued against Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) commissioner Siddharth Mahajan and deputy commissioner Suryakant Sharma. The warrants were related to a long-running plot allotment dispute dating back to a 2012 complaint. JDA's counsel argued that current officials had taken steps to comply with previous orders, but were unaware of proceedings due to changes in legal representation. The commission noted the warrants were unserved and recalled them, though contempt proceedings remain open for further hearing.

जयपुर जिला उपभोक्ता विवाद प्रतितोष आयोग-II ने जयपुर विकास प्राधिकरण (JDA) के आयुक्त सिद्धार्थ महाजन और उप-आयुक्त सूर्यकांत शर्मा के खिलाफ जारी गिरफ्तारी वारंट वापस ले लिए हैं। ये वारंट 2012 की शिकायत से जुड़े एक लंबे समय से चल रहे प्लॉट आवंटन विवाद से संबंधित थे। JDA के वकील ने तर्क दिया कि वर्तमान अधिकारियों ने पिछले आदेशों का पालन करने के लिए कदम उठाए थे, लेकिन कानूनी प्रतिनिधित्व में बदलाव के कारण उन्हें कार्यवाही की जानकारी नहीं थी। आयोग ने कहा कि वारंट तामील नहीं हुए थे और उन्हें वापस ले लिया गया, हालांकि अवमानना की कार्यवाही आगे की सुनवाई के लिए खुली रहेगी।
