Elon Musk, owner of the Starlink satellite system, accused the Ukrainian military of violating its terms of service by using the technology for offensive drone strikes. He stated that this loophole was closed last week. Ukrainian officials had previously announced that Starlink and its military version, Starshield, had returned to normal operating speeds after a week of restrictions. These restrictions had previously hampered military operations, including efforts to intercept Russian drones and forced the cancellation of some operations.
