Park Group to manage 300-bed Axis Hospital Kanpur

Park Medi World's subsidiary, Aggarwal Hospital and Research Services, has signed a 28-year operation and management agreement with Axis Educational Society. Effective by April 1, 2027, the deal involves managing the 300-bed Axis Hospital and Research Centre in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Park Group will invest in renovations and equipment, operating the facility on an asset-light basis without acquiring the property. This agreement aims to enhance the hospital's services and infrastructure.

पार्क मेडी वर्ल्ड की सब्सिडियरी, एगरवाल हॉस्पिटल एंड रिसर्च सर्विसेज ने एक्सिस एजुकेशनल सोसाइटी के साथ 28 साल का ऑपरेशन और मैनेजमेंट एग्रीमेंट किया है। यह डील 1 अप्रैल, 2027 से लागू होगी। इसके तहत कानपुर के 300 बेड वाले एक्सिस हॉस्पिटल एंड रिसर्च सेंटर का मैनेजमेंट संभाला जाएगा। पार्क ग्रुप रिनोवेशन और इक्विपमेंट में निवेश करेगा, लेकिन प्रॉपर्टी खरीदे बिना ही फैसिलिटी को ऑपरेट करेगा। इसका मकसद हॉस्पिटल की सेवाओं और इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर को बेहतर बनाना है।
