The company aims to increase its annual commercial rental income tenfold, from ₹150 crore to ₹1,500 crore, within four to five years. आदित्य बिड़ला ग्रुप की रियल एस्टेट कंपनी बिरला एस्टेट्स, बेंगलुरु, मुंबई, पुणे और एनसीआर में बड़े पैमाने पर विस्तार करने की योजना बना रही है। कंपनी का लक्ष्य चार से पांच साल में अपनी सालाना कमर्शियल रेंटल इनकम को ₹150 करोड़ से बढ़ाकर ₹1,500 करोड़ करना है। यह ग्रोथ जॉइंट डेवलपमेंट एग्रीमेंट्स, जॉइंट वेंचर्स और जमीन अधिग्रहण के जरिए होगी, जिसमें प्रीमियम रेजिडेंशियल प्रॉपर्टीज पर ध्यान दिया जाएगा और ऑफिस पोर्टफोलियो को बढ़ाया जाएगा। बेंगलुरु का रेजिडेंशियल मार्केट खास तौर पर मजबूत बताया गया है, जहां बड़े घरों और बेहतर सुविधाओं की मांग ज्यादा है।
