Newborn Boy Found Abandoned in Singrauli Forest Bushes; Police Launch Hunt for Parents

A newborn boy, believed to be only a few hours old, was discovered crying in forest bushes in Singrauli's Bagaiya village on Wednesday night. Villagers alerted by his cries found him with ants nibbling at his body and immediately informed the police. Chitrangi police rescued the infant and took him to the district hospital, where he was admitted to the Special Newborn Care Unit and is reported to be in stable condition. An investigation is underway to trace his parents and understand the circumstances of his abandonment.

सिंगरौली के बगैया गांव में बुधवार रात जंगल की झाड़ियों में कुछ घंटे के नवजात को रोते हुए पाया गया। रोने की आवाज़ सुनकर ग्रामीणों ने उसे देखा, तो चींटियाँ उसके शरीर को काट रही थीं। उन्होंने तुरंत पुलिस को सूचना दी। चुरंगी पुलिस ने बच्चे को बचाया और जिला अस्पताल ले गई, जहाँ उसे स्पेशल न्यूबॉर्न केयर यूनिट में भर्ती कराया गया है। उसकी हालत स्थिर बताई जा रही है। पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है ताकि उसके माता-पिता का पता लगाया जा सके और उसे फेंकने के कारणों का पता चल सके।
