Revenue from operations soared by 148% year-on-year to ₹820 crore. The company's performance reflects strong demand for quality housing in Gurugram and the trust homebuyers place in the brand. Adjusted Ebitda margins also improved substantially to 18%. For the first half of the fiscal year, revenue increased 14% to ₹1,370 crore, with a net profit of ₹50 crore.
