Retired IAS Officer Rakesh Agarwal Found Murdered in His Bhopal Home

Retired IAS officer Rakesh Agarwal, a 1982 batch officer from the Madhya Pradesh cadre, was found murdered in his Bhopal residence. Police discovered his body with sharp weapon injuries on his neck. The house showed signs of a broken lock on a cupboard and a detached LPG cylinder pipe, suggesting an attempt to set the house on fire after the murder. The caretaker, hired just days prior, is missing and is being sought by the police.

मध्य प्रदेश कैडर के 1982 बैच के रिटायर्ड आईएएस अधिकारी राकेश अग्रवाल अपने भोपाल स्थित घर में मृत पाए गए। पुलिस को उनकी गर्दन पर धारदार हथियार से चोट के निशान मिले। घर में एक अलमारी का ताला टूटा हुआ मिला और एलपीजी सिलेंडर का पाइप भी अलग था, जिससे हत्या के बाद घर में आग लगाने की कोशिश का शक है। कुछ दिन पहले ही रखे गए केयरटेकर गायब है और पुलिस उसकी तलाश कर रही है।
