Kejriwal stated the Modi government should have engaged in dialogue with Wangchuk instead of forcibly hospitalising him. दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने जलवायु कार्यकर्ता सोनम वांगचुक के अस्पताल में भर्ती होने को लेकर केंद्र सरकार की आलोचना की है। उन्होंने इसे 'घमंड' बताया। केजरीवाल ने कहा कि मोदी सरकार को वांगचुक से बातचीत करनी चाहिए थी, न कि उन्हें जबरन अस्पताल में भर्ती कराना चाहिए था। लद्दाख में पर्यावरण के लिए काम करने वाले वांगचुक क्षेत्र के लिए संवैधानिक सुरक्षा की मांग को लेकर भूख हड़ताल पर थे।
