Taylor Swift's former Beverly Hills estate, where she wrote her album '1989', is now on the market for $7.995 million. Swift purchased the 1.5-acre property in 2011 and sold it in 2018 to fashion designer Nicolas Bijan and interior designer Roxy Bijan. The estate, originally built in 1941, features a main residence and a guest house, totaling four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The current owners have undertaken significant renovations, updating the historic property while retaining its original character. The home was also featured in Swift's '73 Questions' video.
