Smartworks Coworking Spaces has announced a consolidated net profit of ₹25.64 crore for the September quarter, a significant turnaround from a net loss of ₹3.13 crore in the same period last year. The company's total income saw a substantial 37 per cent increase, rising to ₹605.3 crore from ₹441.06 crore year-on-year. This strong performance reflects sustained demand and expansion, with existing clients growing and new businesses choosing Smartworks for their infrastructure needs. The company operates 17.5 million sq ft across 71 centres in 15 cities.
