Tiruppur Garment Exports Surpass ₹46,000 Crore

Garment exports from Tiruppur reached over ₹46,000 crore in the last financial year, as reported by the Tiruppur Exporters Association (TEA). The association is exploring new avenues like manmade fibre garments and technical textiles to boost future exports. International buyers are keen to increase supplies from India by 2030. Despite challenges, Tiruppur's knitwear exports saw a 2.49% growth last fiscal, contributing significantly to India's total knitwear exports.

तिरुपूर से पिछले वित्तीय वर्ष में ₹46,000 करोड़ से ज़्यादा के गारमेंट एक्सपोर्ट हुए। तिरुपूर एक्सपोर्टर्स एसोसिएशन (TEA) ने यह जानकारी दी। एसोसिएशन भविष्य में एक्सपोर्ट बढ़ाने के लिए मैनमेड फाइबर गारमेंट्स और टेक्निकल टेक्सटाइल्स जैसे नए रास्ते तलाश रही है। 2030 तक भारत से सप्लाई बढ़ाने में अंतरराष्ट्रीय खरीदार दिलचस्पी दिखा रहे हैं। चुनौतियों के बावजूद, तिरुपूर के निटवेअर एक्सपोर्ट में पिछले साल 2.49% की ग्रोथ देखी गई।
