Five Bengaluru city corporations have officially launched the 'Ward One' initiative, aimed at resolving micro-level civic issues within each ward. Following directions from Greater Bengaluru Development Minister Krishna Byre Gowda, the initiative began with symbolic launches and the commencement of work based on prepared checklists. Activities include fixing footpaths, repairing streetlights, and dredging drains. Corporations are also directed to create micro-plans for major junctions, prioritizing traffic and pedestrian infrastructure.

पांच बेंगलुरु शहर निगमों ने आधिकारिक तौर पर 'वार्ड वन' पहल शुरू की है, जिसका लक्ष्य हर वार्ड के भीतर सूक्ष्म स्तर की नागरिक समस्याओं का समाधान करना है। ग्रेटर बेंगलुरु डेवलपमेंट मिनिस्टर कृष्णा बायरेगौड़ा के निर्देशों के बाद, यह पहल प्रतीकात्मक लॉन्च और तैयार चेकलिस्ट के आधार पर काम शुरू होने के साथ शुरू हुई। गतिविधियों में फुटपाथ ठीक करना, स्ट्रीटलाइट की मरम्मत करना और नालियों की खुदाई करना शामिल है। निगमों को प्रमुख चौराहों के लिए सूक्ष्म-योजनाएं बनाने का भी निर्देश दिया गया है, जिसमें यातायात और पैदल यात्री बुनियादी ढांचे को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
