Farmers End Ambala Road Blockade After SDM Assures Grievances Will Be Resolved

Farmers protesting issues with the 'Meri Fasal Mera Byora' portal, gate pass delays, and reduced paddy procurement limits have called off their Ambala road blockade. The Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) Shaheed Bhagat Singh (SBS) faction agreed to end the protest after assurances from the sub-divisional magistrate (SDM). The SDM promised to resolve all grievances permanently. The administration also assured that portal registration and verification issues would be prioritized, and farmers would not suffer losses due to the reduced procurement limit.

मेरी फसल मेरा ब्योरा पोर्टल की समस्याओं, गेट पास में देरी और धान खरीद की घटाई गई सीमा से नाराज किसानों ने अंबाला रोड पर अपना धरना खत्म कर दिया है। भारतीय किसान यूनियन (बीकेयू) शहीद भगत सिंह (एसबीएस) गुट ने एसडीएम से मिले भरोसे के बाद धरना खत्म करने का फैसला किया। एसडीएम ने सभी शिकायतों को स्थायी रूप से हल करने का वादा किया। प्रशासन ने यह भी भरोसा दिलाया कि पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन और वेरिफिकेशन की दिक्कतों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी और किसानों को खरीद सीमा घटने से कोई नुकसान नहीं होगा।
