IOA Forms Committee Probe Lakra Harassment Claims

The Indian Olympic Association (IOA) has established a four-member independent inquiry committee to investigate sexual harassment allegations. Former women's hockey captain Asunta Lakra accused Hockey India secretary Bhola Nath Singh of misconduct. The committee is headed by retired High Court judge Deepa Sharma. This action by the IOA aims to address serious allegations and ensure a fair investigation into the matter.

भारतीय ओलंपिक संघ (IOA) ने यौन उत्पीड़न के आरोपों की जांच के लिए चार सदस्यों की एक स्वतंत्र समिति बनाई है। पूर्व महिला हॉकी कप्तान असुंता लकड़ा ने हॉकी इंडिया के सचिव भोला नाथ सिंह पर दुर्व्यवहार का आरोप लगाया था। इस समिति की अध्यक्षता रिटायर्ड हाई कोर्ट जज दीपा शर्मा करेंगी। IOA का यह कदम गंभीर आरोपों पर कार्रवाई और निष्पक्ष जांच सुनिश्चित करने के लिए उठाया गया है।
