Arunachal CM Inaugurates Pasighat Smart City Projects, Urges Public Upkeep

Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has inaugurated multiple infrastructure projects under the Pasighat Smart City Mission, marking a significant development milestone for the town. Out of 43 projects initiated, 42 are now complete, with the remaining sewage treatment plant expected soon. Key completed projects include the Siang riverfront, an upgraded market, a smart guest house, and solid waste management facilities. Khandu emphasized that public assets require community ownership and upkeep for sustained transformation, urging citizens to take responsibility for maintaining these new facilities.

अरुणाचल प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री पेमा खांडू ने पासीघाट स्मार्ट सिटी मिशन के तहत कई इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रोजेक्ट्स का उद्घाटन किया है। यह शहर के लिए विकास का एक बड़ा पड़ाव है। कुल 43 प्रोजेक्ट शुरू किए गए थे, जिनमें से 42 अब पूरे हो चुके हैं। बाकी बचा सीवेज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट भी जल्द ही चालू होने की उम्मीद है। पूरे हुए मुख्य प्रोजेक्ट्स में सियांग नदी का किनारा, एक बेहतर बनाया गया बाज़ार, एक स्मार्ट गेस्ट हाउस और सॉलिड वेस्ट मैनेजमेंट की सुविधाएं शामिल हैं। खांडू ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि सार्वजनिक संपत्तियों को लंबे समय तक बदलने के लिए सामुदायिक स्वामित्व और रखरखाव की ज़रूरत है।
