Cases will be filed in 11 instances of food safety violations in Bihar after laboratory tests confirmed samples were unsafe. Health secretary Kumar Ravi approved the action under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. Violations were found in samples including turmeric powder, besan laddoo, okra, edible oil, barfi, and paneer, collected from various districts. These violations can lead to imprisonment and fines, highlighting the importance of adhering to food safety standards.

प्रयोगशाला परीक्षणों में नमूनों के असुरक्षित पाए जाने की पुष्टि के बाद बिहार में खाद्य सुरक्षा उल्लंघन के 11 मामलों में केस दर्ज किए जाएंगे। स्वास्थ्य सचिव कुमार रवि ने Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 के तहत इस कार्रवाई को मंजूरी दी। उल्लंघन वाले नमूनों में हल्दी पाउडर, बेसन लड्डू, भिंडी, खाद्य तेल, बर्फी और पनीर शामिल थे, जिन्हें विभिन्न जिलों से एकत्र किया गया था। इन उल्लंघनों के कारण कारावास और जुर्माना हो सकता है, जो खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों का पालन करने के महत्व को उजागर करता है।
