Ahmedabad Businessman Accuses Three Builders of Rs 59 Crore Land Fraud

A 42-year-old businessman in Ahmedabad has filed a complaint against three city-based builders for allegedly defrauding his family of Rs 58.9 crore. The builders were hired to resolve disputes over ancestral land and facilitate its sale. The family claims that despite agreements valuing land parcels at Rs 120 crore and executing sale deeds, they did not receive the full payment. The accused allegedly retained a significant portion, citing nearly Rs 90 crore in expenses for clearing the land without providing documentation.

अहमदाबाद के एक 42 वर्षीय व्यापारी ने शहर के तीन बिल्डरों के खिलाफ ₹58.9 करोड़ की धोखाधड़ी का मामला दर्ज कराया है। बिल्डरों को पैतृक ज़मीन के विवाद सुलझाने और उसकी बिक्री कराने के लिए काम पर रखा गया था। परिवार का आरोप है कि ₹120 करोड़ की ज़मीन की बिक्री के बावजूद उन्हें पूरी रकम नहीं मिली। आरोप है कि बिल्डरों ने ज़मीन खाली कराने के नाम पर ₹90 करोड़ का भारी-भरकम खर्च बताकर एक बड़ा हिस्सा अपने पास रख लिया, लेकिन इसका कोई सबूत नहीं दिया।
