J&K High Court Seeks Status on Retrieval of Pakistan-Born Son

The Jammu and Kashmir High Court has sought the status of a case involving Aasim Sajjad, who was deported to Pakistan after the Pahalgam attack. The court previously directed his retrieval to rejoin his parents in India. Justice Rahul Bharati has asked the Senior Additional Advocate General to provide the latest information on the matter. The court had earlier instructed the Ministry of Home Affairs to bring back the son of an Indian national, born in Pakistan, who was deported following the Pahalgam incident.

जम्मू-कश्मीर हाईकोर्ट ने उस मामले की स्थिति मांगी है जिसमें आसिम सज्जाद को पहलगाम हमले के बाद पाकिस्तान भेज दिया गया था। कोर्ट ने पहले ही उसे भारत में उसके माता-पिता के पास वापस लाने का आदेश दिया था। जस्टिस राहुल भारती ने सीनियर एडिशनल एडवोकेट जनरल से इस मामले पर ताज़ा जानकारी देने को कहा है। कोर्ट ने पहले गृह मंत्रालय को निर्देश दिया था कि पहलगाम की घटना के बाद पाकिस्तान भेजे गए एक भारतीय नागरिक के पाकिस्तान में जन्मे बेटे को वापस लाया जाए।
