Youth Arrested With Illegal Pistol Near Dhar

Police in Mhow arrested a 23-year-old youth, Gautam alias Machchar Katare, near Dhar town on Monday night. Officers on routine patrol noticed him acting suspiciously behind a restaurant. Upon investigation, they discovered an illegal country-made pistol in his possession. Katare, a resident of Indira Colony, Jaitpura, was subsequently booked under the Arms Act. He was produced in court on Tuesday and sent to judicial remand.

इंदौर के महू में पुलिस ने सोमवार रात धार के पास एक 23 साल के युवक, गौतम उर्फ मच्छर कटारे को गिरफ्तार किया। रूटीन गश्त पर निकले पुलिसवालों ने एक रेस्टोरेंट के पीछे उसे संदिग्ध हालत में देखा। जांच करने पर, उसके पास से एक अवैध देसी पिस्टल मिली। इंदिरा कॉलोनी, जैतपुर का रहने वाला कटारे को बाद में आर्म्स एक्ट के तहत बुक किया गया। उसे मंगलवार को कोर्ट में पेश किया गया और न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया।
