Mathur brings three decades of extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. He has a proven track record in transforming organisations, expanding distribution networks, and driving growth through technology and strong governance. Previously, he served as MD & CEO of Universal Sompo General Insurance and held leadership roles at SBI General Insurance and ICICI Lombard.
