पीएसी ने रक्षा मंत्रालय से जवानों को वेतन मिलने में हो रही भारी देरी के बारे में सवाल पूछे हैं। कैग की रिपोर्ट में पता चला कि छह लाख से ज़्यादा पे ऑर्डर बिना किसी सही वजह के रिजेक्ट कर दिए गए। साथ ही, कई सालों से ऑडिट न होने के कारण एक मिलिट्री अस्पताल का हिस्सा गिर गया। इससे मंत्रालय की प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था और जवानों की देखभाल पर गंभीर सवाल उठ रहे हैं।
