Adani Airport Holdings has successfully raised 10 billion rupees, equivalent to $120 million, through the issuance of rupee-denominated bonds. These three-year bonds carry an annual coupon rate of 8.96%, payable quarterly, and have been rated AA- by India Ratings. The funds raised will be allocated towards capital expenditure across Adani's airport network and to support its ongoing growth initiatives. This issuance comes as several large Indian entities are raising significant funds ahead of the Reserve Bank of India's monetary policy decision.
