West Indies players Rovman Powell and Sherfane Rutherford have been penalised by the ICC for breaching the code of conduct during the second T20 match against India. Rutherford was found guilty of showing dissent at an umpire's decision and shouting at him after a call was made. Powell was penalised for smashing the ball away with his bat after being dismissed. Both players have received an official reprimand and one demerit point each. This marks their first violation within a 24-month period.
