The Delhi High Court has questioned Meta regarding its copyright protection tool, Rights Manager. Justice Anup Jairam Bhambhani asked the company to submit its policy and eligibility criteria for granting access to the free content-protection tool. The court seeks to understand the basis on which applications are approved, particularly why scammers appear to be gaining access while legitimate creators face difficulties.
