Former Indian cricketer Saurabh Tiwary, now Secretary of the Jharkhand State Cricket Association, has expressed his ambition for the state team to secure trophies in all three formats of the game. Tiwary, who scored over 8,000 First-Class runs, aims to achieve as an administrator what he couldn't as a player, having won the Vijay Hazare Trophy but not the Ranji or Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. He is focused on providing players with necessary opportunities and facilities, believing that a cricket association's strength comes from its cricketers.
