Indian racing prodigy Atiqa Mir has signed with Kart Republic (KR), a team owned by Italian veteran Dino Chiesa, known for launching Formula 1 stars. The 11-year-old Srinagar-born racer will compete in the OKJ category for the next two years. KR has previously worked with F1 champions like Lewis Hamilton and current drivers such as Lando Norris. Chiesa believes Atiqa has a big career ahead of her and is a special talent. This move is expected to significantly boost her progress in junior karting.
