SC stays Madras HC order on cow slaughter

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मद्रास हाई कोर्ट के उस आदेश पर रोक लगा दी है जिसमें बकरीद पर गायों के कत्लेआम पर पूरी तरह पाबंदी लगाई गई थी। वेकेशन बेंच ने सवाल उठाया कि क्या गैर-निर्धारित बूचड़खानों में गायों और बछड़ों की कुर्बानी दी जा सकती है। यह फैसला गायों के कत्लेआम को नियंत्रित करने की मांग वाली एक जनहित याचिका के बीच आया है।
