Tamil Nadu CM Inaugurates 643 Tenements, Industrial Estates, and Farmer Incentives

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay virtually inaugurated 643 tenements and commercial complexes built by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board across Chennai for ₹1,003.97 crore. He also launched 125 tenements in Karur district and a special incentive for sugarcane farmers, benefiting around 85,000 individuals with an additional government expenditure of ₹603.33 crore. Further, two new industrial estates in Erode and Villupuram districts, a coir cluster centre in Tiruppur, and new buildings for police and fire services departments were inaugurated.

तमिलनाडु के मुख्यमंत्री सी. जोसेफ विजय ने तमिलनाडु हाउसिंग बोर्ड द्वारा चेन्नई में ₹1,003.97 करोड़ की लागत से बनाए गए 643 आवासों और व्यावसायिक परिसरों का वर्चुअली उद्घाटन किया। उन्होंने करूर जिले में 125 आवासों और गन्ने के किसानों के लिए एक विशेष प्रोत्साहन योजना भी शुरू की, जिससे लगभग 85,000 लोगों को ₹603.33 करोड़ के अतिरिक्त सरकारी खर्च से लाभ होगा। इसके अलावा, इरोड और विल्लुपुरम जिलों में दो नए औद्योगिक एस्टेट्स, तिरुपुर में एक कोयर क्लस्टर सेंटर, और पुलिस और अग्निशमन सेवा विभागों के लिए नई इमारतों का उद्घाटन किया गया।
