Kerala Sees Rise In Fevers, Dengue During Monsoon

Kerala has reported a significant increase in viral fevers, mosquito-borne diseases like dengue, and waterborne infections since the monsoon began. Viral fever cases have seen a 19 per cent rise compared to the corresponding period last year. This surge highlights the heightened health risks associated with the rainy season, emphasizing the need for public health vigilance and preventive measures against vector-borne and waterborne illnesses.

केरल में मानसून में बुखार और डेंगू के मामले बढ़े

केरल में मॉनसून शुरू होने के बाद से वायरल बुखार, डेंगू जैसी मच्छर जनित बीमारियों और पानी से होने वाले संक्रमणों में काफी बढ़ोतरी हुई है। पिछले साल की तुलना में वायरल बुखार के मामलों में 19 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि देखी गई है। यह वृद्धि बरसात के मौसम से जुड़े स्वास्थ्य जोखिमों को बढ़ाती है, जिससे सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य की सतर्कता और वेक्टर-जनित व जल-जनित बीमारियों से बचाव के उपायों की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया गया है।
