Sally Rooney Books Banned In UK Due To Palestine Action Support

Irish author Sally Rooney can no longer sell her books in the United Kingdom due to her support for the activist group Palestine Action. The UK government banned Palestine Action as a "terrorist" organisation in July 2025. Rooney, who lives in Ireland where the group is not banned, has previously expressed her support for the activists. Her publisher, Faber, confirmed the ban on book sales in the UK.
