Charging Toy Sparks Fire in NE Delhi Home; Elderly Couple Hospitalised

A fire broke out in a northeast Delhi home on Tuesday, allegedly caused by a charging electric toy leading to a short circuit. An elderly couple, Anil (65) and Beena Arora (60), who reside on the first floor, were hospitalised due to smoke inhalation and are reported to be in stable condition. Other relatives living in the four-storey building managed to escape unharmed. Fire officials responded promptly, bringing the blaze under control. An investigation is underway to determine the precise cause of the incident.
