Women Seek Frontline Jobs, Employers Lag Behind

However, employer demand for female workers is considerably lower, with only 13% of job postings explicitly seeking women. This gap highlights a disconnect between the growing number of women seeking employment and hiring preferences. While women show high interest in sales and beautician roles, addressing workplace accessibility and safety could help businesses better utilize this expanding talent pool. Overall competition for frontline jobs has also intensified.
